How to manufacture insulating glass? 

Insulated glass is a new type of building material,  composed of two or more layers of glass with an air layer or inert gas 

sandwiched between them. It has excellent  insulation, sound insulation, frost and dew resistance performance.

The manufacturing process of insulating glass is as follows:

1:Preparation materials:Insulated glass consists of two pieces of glass, a layer of air chamber,  and sealant. Choose a 

suitable glass substrate to ensure it is flat, free from bubbles and scratches.

2:Cleaning glass:  Use professional cleaning agents to thoroughly clean the inner and outer surfaces of the glass,  ensuring 

that there are no dust or impurities.

3:Drying treatment: Use a high-temperature oven to completely dry the glass, ensuring its surface is dry.

4:Placing aluminum spacers: Place pre folded aluminum spacers between glass to form an air chamber.

5:Applying sealant:  Apply sealant to the outer edges of two pieces of glass to ensure the uniformity and continuity of the 

adhesive layer.

6:Synthetic insulating glass:  The glued glass is combined together and placed in professional insulating glass production 

equipment for high  temperature curing, so that the adhesive layer is tightly adhered to the glass.

During the manufacturing process of insulating glass, strict control of parameters such as temperature, humidity,  and time 

is required to ensure its stable and reliable performance.
