How to produce silver mirrors?

Silver mirror is a reflective mirror formed on the surface of glass by coating it with silver or its oxide. It has high reflectivity 

and conductivity, and is widely used in decoration, home, construction, electronic products and other fields.

The process of producing silver mirrors mainly includes the following steps:

1:Prepare glass substrate: Select highpurity Glass sheets, clean them thoroughly, and check if the surface is flat and free of 

scratches.

2:Pre treated glass substrate: Acid wash the glass surface to remove dirt and impurities from the surface.3:Cleaning and 

activation treatment: After acid washing, rinse with deionized water and perform surface activation treatment to make the 

glass surface more easily combine with silver particles. 4:Coating process: Silver particles are combined with a glass 

substrate to form a silver mirror.
