HEGLA Group's two subsidiaries have recently launched a heavyweight intelligent solution simultaneously, starting from the two core links of production traceability and order management, bringing comprehensive efficiency improvement and process optimization to glass factories, and helping the industry's intelligent transformation.

In the Glass cutting process, HEGLA Boradent, a subsidiary of HEGLA, has launched the ES Guard Rapid rapid identification system, which innovatively uses non-destructive laser marking technology to complete the marking before cutting the glass plate, completely eliminating the industry pain point of glass confusion from the production source. The system is equipped with a dedicated scanner that can automatically and accurately collect all key data within the marking area, significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of glass recognition. At the same time, the system can achieve real-time traceability of glass production records, combined with flexible data storage modes, and supports long-term traceability queries for several years, providing solid guarantees for production quality control and after-sales traceability.

Another subsidiary, HEGLA-HANIC, focuses on order processing scenarios and reconstructs the order entry process using AI technology. The newly created ERP system glass365 is developed based on Microsoft technology architecture, with built-in customized AI assistant (non-standard Copilot), deeply adapted to the business needs of the glass industry. The system has powerful multi format file information extraction capabilities, which can automatically extract key business data from various files such as emails, PDF attachments, and hand drawn drawings, generate order drafts, and synchronously complete automatic verification of warehouse inventory levels, ultimately outputting accurate quotation solutions for customers. It is worth mentioning that the operator always has full control over order processing and can review and adjust the results generated by AI before confirming submission.
